The “Creative Expression Sessions” are a signature heartfelt invitation to rediscover the joy of creative play. Primarily exploring visual arts, crafts, movement, and sound, these sessions provide a safe space for those who believe they’ve lost their creative spark.

These sessions have been one-off to gain experience and feedback in order to develop further.

The vision is to build towards a long-form program focused on sustained creative engagement and community building. This program will then culminate in a community “bad art” exhibit, showcasing the power of process-based expression and the freedom found in non-verbal communication.
